The Dahlke Foundation fulfils the statutory requirements for non-profit status according to §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 of the German Fiscal Code (AZ 27/642/09114 F36).
The foundation is without own legal capacity and is administered in trust by the Legal Entity „Interessengemeinschaft zur Förderung von Menschen mit Behinderung e.V.“ (izfb e.V.)
